As a coach, I am trying to make my players better both on and off the court. We all have heard, "The mind is a powerful thing", which in athletics, it can be the difference between finishing first or last. How do coaches and athletes learn how to train their minds, like they do their bodies? If the mind is that powerful, shouldn't our everyday physical training sessions involve mental training? This program dives into how powerful our minds are and how they can impact our performance, both on and off the court in a positive way by making just a few changes. This is a MUST HAVE for any athlete, coach or team.
